SweepsGoat is a community-driven website. It allows users to submit and vote for online sweepstakes. Sweeps that get enough votes are published to the home page. Based on the open-source project Pligg, SweepsGoat has been heavily modified to make it useful to sweepstakes hobbyists. The accompanying blog keeps users up-to-date on site changes and news in the sweepstakes/contest industry.
